2010
Fantastic Vacation Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in Shenzhen by a founding team of professionals with backgrounds in naval architecture, yacht operations, and luxury hospitality services, pioneering high-end yacht and sea-vacation services in South China. We started small β€” offering premium charter and advisory services β€” to help clients experience their first ocean journey safely and comfortably.

What it means: From day one, Fantastic Vacation chose to focus deeply on the high-end yachting niche rather than following the traditional travel-agency path, delivering a more professional, specialised service experience for our clients.

2012
Completed the full customisation and delivery of our first approximately 50-foot luxury motor yacht β€” from model selection and specification planning through build supervision and sea trials, with the entire process coordinated by the Fantastic Vacation team. This project marked our evolution from "yacht usage services" into "yacht asset and project management," establishing long-term collaborative relationships with owners.

What it means: From this year onwards, clients could not only charter a yacht through Fantastic Vacation but also confidently entrust their entire custom build project to us for coordinated delivery.

2015
Established a service hub in Singapore, completing our initial coverage of key Southeast Asian cruising grounds. That same year, we formed long-term cooperation frameworks with multiple Italian, Dutch, and German shipyards and design studios, building a more mature international supply chain.

What it means: Clients can access multiple world-class shipyards and design teams through Fantastic Vacation on a single platform, comparing proposals side by side β€” without navigating cross-language, cross-timezone communications and trial-and-error on their own.

2017
Our managed and operated fleet surpassed 20 yachts. We formally established the Fleet Operations & Management Centre, covering routine maintenance, annual surveys, documentation, and insurance management. A 24/7 emergency response mechanism was introduced alongside standardised contingency plans and coordination procedures across our primary operating waters.

What it means: Owners can hand over the complexity of yacht operations and safety management to a professional team, freeing themselves to focus on family, business, and life at sea.

2020
Opened a service and coordination centre in Monaco, achieving a lasting local presence in the heart of the Mediterranean yachting community. We joined several European yachting industry associations and built stable partnerships with marinas and service providers to support cross-region relocation and long-range cruising projects.

2021–2023
Centred on our "full-lifecycle service" philosophy, we systematically refined our processes and standards β€” from pre-project advisory and design coordination through build supervision, handover training, and post-delivery management. During this period, Fantastic Vacation deepened collaboration with shipyards, design studios, classification societies, and insurers, further improving project management efficiency and communication transparency.

What it means: Every client can advance their project within a clear, traceable process where key milestones, critical decisions, and potential risks are more transparent and manageable.

2024
Multiple ocean-going yacht projects over 60 metres were successfully delivered, covering diverse scenarios from family holidays and world cruises to corporate entertaining β€” further validating Fantastic Vacation's capabilities in large and mid-scale project coordination. That same year we achieved ISO 9001 quality management system certification, upgrading our management processes, documentation, and risk controls to international standards.

2025
Upgraded our client experience centres in Shenzhen and Shanghai simultaneously, introducing immersive displays and multimedia discussion environments that make complex technical options and spatial designs more intuitive and tangible. Internally, we launched a digital project management platform and dedicated client portal covering milestones, cost breakdowns, document archives, and acceptance records β€” making the entire project lifecycle visible and traceable online.

What it means: You can track project progress anytime through your online portal and collaborate remotely with advisors on decisions, dramatically reducing the communication costs imposed by time and geography.

2026
Fantastic Vacation completed an organisational upgrade by establishing the Technology R&D and Digital Operations Centre, embarking on intelligent operations capabilities including remote monitoring and predictive maintenance. Pilot installations of multi-dimensional data collection and monitoring systems are underway on select managed vessels, synthesising operational status, key component health, and usage patterns to deliver forward-looking maintenance advice to owners.
